Short Description:

ACCUFLOWTM variable flow pump and sprayer control system is designed and manufactured by ADAPCO, Inc. Accuflow fills the gap between using a fixed-flow insecticide delivery system and our advanced line of Monitor 4 GPS recording, reporting and flow control systems for truck mounted ULV aerosol generators.

Where/When to use:

ACCUFLOW is fully programmable to fit the needs and requirements of the user and the capabilities of the ULV equipment and nozzle. All parameters are entered during the integrated calibration process and include high and low settings for the following:
- Spray Speeds
- Throttle Control
- Variable Flow Limits
- Manual Flow Rates
- Driver Audible Alarms
- Application Rates

ACCUFLOW further uses its single driver control pendant to command engine functions of any internal combustion engine driven sprayer. During installation, your new or existing sprayer is outfitted with a high quality 14 pin wiring harness for secure connection that also allows for easy removal of the sprayer from the truck.

Components:

  • The ACCUFLOW system consists of the in-cab operator control pendant and a central control module small enough to mount just about anywhere. Exterior components include the FMI control interface (mounts on your new or existing pump), a GPS antenna and all required connection cables. PLUS ACCUFLOW also includes a secure and protective aluminum pump box assembly to prevent tampering or damage to the chemical pump.

Features/Benefits:
