Short Description:
PYROCIDE
® ULV 7396 is a pyrethrin
formulation for ULV adulticide applications. The oil based formulation
contains 0.37 lb pyrethrin and 1.83 lb of synergist (Piperonyl Butoxide)
per gallon. PYROCIDE ULV 7395 is a concentrated synergized pyrethrin
formulation for ULV adulticide applications. The oil based formulation
contains 1.0 lb pyrethrin and 5.0 lb of synergist. Both formulations
are labeled for aerial and ground ULV treatment in a very broad range
of use sites.

Pyrethrin
Mode of Action:
Pyrethrin affects the sodium channel at nerve axon, causing
repeated and extended misfiring of nerve impulses. Produces quick
paralysis and knockdown. Piperonyl butoxide has synergistic properties
when combined with pyrethrin, allowing less pyrethrin to be required to
produce mortality.
Where/When to use:
Approved for urban, rural, residential, agricultural areas,
cropland, wetland, recreational areas, etc. Very broad range of use
sites. No crop restrictions, however, not certified for organic crops.
